ARRIVAL

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time with clean, makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service if your service is shortened due to your late arrival. In the event that this happens, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment without penalty. All booking fees are refundable until 48 hours before your appointment.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments if you are unwell or experience any cold/flu or obvious physical symptoms. If it appears that you are currently unwell, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled on the spot. Your appointment can be rescheduled for when you are healthy again, however, a one-time allowance of a last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no-show policy is in effect.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 24 hours and 48 hours prior by email and text message. If an appointment needs to be cancelled a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Rescheduling appointments is welcome with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service price as a cancellation fee. If you do not show up to your appointment at the scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service price as a cancellation fee. A credit card deposit for all full set appointments will be required at the time of booking and will be nonrefundable if the aforementioned has occurred. This is to ensure that you are able to receive the full service within the designated timeframe set aside for you, as well as to assist us in managing and adhering to our busy appointment schedule. 

LATENESS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

Being on time to your scheduled appointment is essential in maximising the results from your booking. Running late will limit your appointment, as all bookings have a strict allocated time schedule and your eyelash artist will not be able to go overtime.

FOREIGN INFILLS 

If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed in order to achieve the best end result from the application of the new extensions. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension training, and certifications, there are many lash artists that have been trained by different academies. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS

Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that may be outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be made available on a case by case basis for an additional $40 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment.

REFUND POLICY

The service price is inclusive of the artist’s time, products and other expenses which are used to provide you with the best experience and end result. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and whether a correction is required to address such. If it is determined that a correction is required due to a fault in the application or product, this will be done so within a complimentary, 30 minute touch up appointment. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service. 

STUDIO POLICY

  • Child-free zone

We kindly ask that you respect our ‘no children’ policy and do not bring children with you when you visit our salon as you will not be able to care for your children during your appointment. 

  • Make-up

We are unable to offer infill services to any clients who wear mascara over their lash extensions so please ensure you have removed any mascara before your appointment. Foundation and face creams are also to be avoided as eye pads will not stay in place.

  • No mobiles

Mobile phones are not to be used during your appointment and must be kept on silent.

  • No breaks during appointment time

Please use the bathroom before your appointment time.  Going to the bathroom during your appointment causes delays.  Once your appointment has started you must lay still with your eyes shut the entire time.  Please do not check your phone or open your eyes.  Cigarette breaks are also not permitted.

  • Reactions

We take no responsibility for any allergic reactions that may occur. Potential reactions are a risk that you accept to undertake when undergoing eyelash extensions. Patch tests are available by request but are not guaranteed to produce a reaction if there is an allergy. It is common to have minor redness/irritation after your lash appointment. Although we use the highest quality products, we must understand that our eye area is a delicate and sensitive area. If symptoms do not subside within 1-2 days, we recommend you visit a health care professional. In the case of an allergic reaction, we will offer a complimentary removal once provided with doctors certificate.
